How It Works
The IGR in
Gentrol provides preventative action, since it disrupts pests’ normal
development. (S)-Hydroprene, the active ingredient, prevents pest larvae
from progressing to the adult stage either causing sterility of adults
or preventing the emergence of insects from the pupal stage — preventing
future infestations.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
To treat bedbugs, apply to harborage points
mentioned above; in addition, under beds, bottom
side of box springs (do not treat linens and
mattresses), under and behind night stands, to points
where carpet and wall meet, cracks in cove base,
molding, and other areas where bedbugs harborage.
Retreat at 14 days for heavy infestations.
GENERAL SURFACE APPLICATION
Mix GENTROL
with diluent and apply with sprayer or ULV Fogger
Use 1 ounce of GENTROL
diluted solution within 48 hours of mixing. Shake or
Partially fill the mixing container with diluent, add the
stir before each use. For fogging preparation follow
equipment manufacturer’s instructions.
