Hello!
This is an original movie poster insert for the 1939 film,
The Man In The Iron Mask
, directed by James Whale and starring Louis Hayward.
It measures 14 x 36 and is in good condition. Please see the pictures, as there are several tears in the poster. In my opinion, given the age of this poster, as well as the signs of wear it already exhibits…It would benefit greatly by being preserved on a canvas back…if that is something the buyer is interested in doing once they purchase it. To be clear, I don’t offer that service…nor, will the poster come canvas-backed…just merely my suggestion on how to protect this collectible.
Also, FYI… The blue tape you see holding the poster down in the pictures is a very light painters tape, and has not damaged the poster in any way whatsoever.
